Ride +Stride is a annual sponsorship event to raise much needed funds for the upkeep of Yorkshire’s places of worship. Money raised is shared between the participants church of choice, and the YHCT. Taking place on the second Saturday in September, the aim is for participants to get sponsored to visit as many churches as they can in a day, travelling on foot, by bike, by car, on horseback—any way they like!
We are looking for volunteers to help us spread the word about the event among the local community. This is a great way to raise money for a local church as well as the YHCT and a fun way to spend the day with friends and family.
